Finding well-made macarons is a real challenge. When we began developing our recipe in 2015, our chocolatier spent an entire week alone in his kitchen until he achieved the perfect recipe - one that had to be at least as good as, if not better than, the macaron that left a lasting impression on him during a trip to Paris. Try them for yourself! Our macarons are made exclusively with eggs from 100% cage-free happy hens.
